Phillip Rex

Phillip Rex plays the double bass and drives it hard like only the best truck drivers know how, big and with the pressure down on open outback roads. Rex works regularly with Renee Gayer and Vince Jones. He is a respected producer in the techno music scene where his outfit Decoy with Ian Chaplin tours the European circuit annually. He is the bass player of choice for the improvisation trios led by Paul Grabowsky and Joe Chindamo.
